Description
This coffee was made available by the many requests we receive when we serve our own Cold Brew. What better way to make it available for you to enjoy at home? Our Cold brew is from Nicaragua at the La Bastilla Estate. Roasted on the darker side of medium it allows this coffee to bring out the Chocolate and Almond flavors that Cold Brew is known for.
A recommended ratio would be the 12oz Bag at coarse grind to 8 cups of water in a toddy System or cheese cloth/cold brew bags. It's best to use alkaline water to make it less acidic.
