From the Huila Region, near the Andes Mountains this coffee produces flavors such as Chocolate, Sugar Cane and Lime as it cools. Roasted on the lighter side of medium helping to make it a great coffee to drink black, especially as a pour over. Would serve well as a light bodied cold brew for summer!
