Guatemala is a fan favorite and this coffee from producer Carlos Roldan is no exception. We sourced this bean from our friends at Yellow Rooster Coffee. You will find hints of Milk Chocolate, Cherry and Almond in the cup. This washed coffee is one of the smoothest ones we have tried yet. We recommend serving on Drip or it even shines as a Single Origin Espresso!
